What would you like to change?
If there is one thing that all of us want to do it is to change something; change our surroundings, our life, ourselves. Change seems to be a basic human desire that may well be born out of our life experiences. Having trained as a therapist and life coach my purpose is to help others make the changes that would make their lives better.
In my experience people tend to start looking for answers only when they are ready for change, so the fact that you are reading these words suggests that you have reached that point. Now your most important decision is ‘what to do next?’ The market is saturated with self-help books, tapes, cd’s and of course therapists. Like all things some are better than others and have different advantages and disadvantages.
You’ll see some books and cd’s recommended around the site that I feel are particularly useful. Regarding the choice of a coach or therapist my only advice is to choose someone you’ll feel comfortable with. Often the best results are achieved because of the chemistry between you rather than the qualifications or skillset of the therapist. Belief is everything; if you believe that the person you choose will help then it is more likely to become a reality.
At the bottom of this page there is a short questionnaire you could take that will give you an indication of the type of coach that would best suit you and if we would be suited to working together. From start to finish it takes about 90 seconds to complete, and at the end you’ll receive a pdf report that you can save or print out.
Whatever path you choose, good luck on your journey.
Trained in Neurolinguistics, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy I specialise therapies for a wide range of physical and psychological issues including Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Phobia and Stress.
Now the small print. There are techniques, suggestions and audio/visual items on this site that some people may find facilitate changes in thoughts, attitudes and beliefs. These elements on the site are not intended for or should be used to replace any form of existing medication or medical advice or treatment that has been given by a qualified doctor or general practitioner.
